I'm going to mention some interesting manga's plots :)
InuYasha: a normal school girl accidentaly fall into a well , then transfered to the japan 500 years ago. in that world, she pulled out an arrow which seals a half human half demon named inuyasha to save her from a centipede demon. but inuyasha turned out to be very strong and wants to kill her, to get a jewel named shikon no tama that can turn him to full fledged demon (the girl has it). the story start as the girl accidentaly break the jewel and the pieces shattered all over the world. it's shonen, but i like the comedy the conflicts the drama the love development the actions and all very much!
Luna Lunatic: an outgoing energetic catholic school girl named luna released a vampire king who ruled all ghost and demon by giving him her blood, as the vampire promised to chase away zombies that attacks her school. it turned out that the vampire broke his promise, instead he wants to conquer the world once again by killing mans, turn them to zombies for his army. and making young womans his slave and blood supply. but something unexpected happened.
Hot blodded Woman: there is soul switching between a funny tomboyish tough girl who is a captain of school fighting gang, with a beautiful quiet bullied girl who hates everyone. it's only about 30 chapters but i was satisfied enough. this manga is really different with most manga i've ever read
Tsuki no shippo: it's historical without fantasy.. a klutz ninja girl who hasn't qualified yet to become shinobi, got a mission to bear the kids of the number 1 handsome guy in the clan who lived in neighboring village.
Kisama Hajimemashita: nanami just lost her house because of his father debt and left alone but she was chosen to become a deity in a rundown shrine. there she got an extremely gorgeous fox youkai familiar who has to support her job as deity. but he hates her and wont accept her as deity.
La corda d'Oro: a girl was given a magical violin and she has to entered the school concour (musical competition) even she hasnt played classical music before. and most of her competitor are hot bishies who are very skilled in playing classical instrument.
Gakuen Alice: a clumsy girl who enrolled a special academy for students with rare talents called alice, to chase after her best friend. there are many kind of alices, ex. alice to hear people minds, making things fly, talking with animals, inventing robots. it's funny and romantic too.
